If you crave to sip anything festive and sweet over Christmas, the home made eggnog is always on the wish list. The eggnog without the eggs is very simply to make and so tasteful.

The trick to the magic is called the ready custard from the shop. Opt for the best quality you are able to afford, nothing such as a powder mixture.I have used just one box of 500 ml and added a dark rum to 1 can of condensated milk and 300 ml of single cream. We got a good big bowl of the yummy festive drink after only 5 minutes of mixing it into the smooth texture.

All ingredients are optional, so the measurements, but the good custard, good splash of the alcohol are the important piece of the puzzle. Play or adjust the amount, the flavour of the eggnog adding the vanilla, caramel essense or the double cream.
